Process
Step 1. Surrogate mother matching.
We help you to find potential surrogate with our database. Not all the candidates are placed on the site; the list of them is much longer. Keep in mind that some of them who are placed on the site can be currently in the program and therefore they can be not available at the moment.
Step 2. Learning of legal and organizational aspects of the program and signing the contract.
Usually the first two steps are completed at the same time. Intended parents choose the surrogate and egg donor candidates, learn the legal and organizational aspects of the program and sign the contract via fax.
See approximate contract here
Step 3. Medical screening is needed only for intended father.
Since only intended father has genetic link with the future child the intended mother has no need to undergo the medical screening prescribed for artificial insemination (AI).
See the list of the medical tests here
Step 4. Arrival to Russia to complete AI program (the intended mother visit is not necessary).
We’ll meet you at the airport of Perm City and provide with all necessary service: translation, transportation, help with accommodation, escort and excursions and other entertainment program if needed.
Step 5. Pregnancy gestation.
In case the AI program results in pregnancy a surrogate mother gestates the pregnancy under our medical observation. We provide all medical information on the surrogate mother’s health on parents demand.
Step 6. Delivery.
Newborn’s paperwork. Going back home.
Usually intended parents arrive several days ahead the date the delivery is expected. The surrogate mother signs the documents that relinquished her parental rights. At the same time the Birth Certificate in intended parents’ names is issued. We provide legal service to obtain all necessary documents required for the newborn. After the final payment is made according the contract the intended parents are going back home. There is information on the web site of the USA Embassy toward the list of the documents that are required to receive visa for a child who is the USA citizen born abroad. Intended parents arrive to the USA Embassy as legal parents of the child. Additional legal procedures on the territory of the USA to finalize the parents and child relations are not required!
