Surrogacy program is expensive enough. That is why it is necessary to be sure that this program is that what you need and it can be effective in your case. Therefore being the patients you have to undergo certain medical tests and observations. The list of them named below is international standard. Medical records for approximately the same tests and observations are required in any clinic of the USA.

The range of the medical tests and observations depends on the way you go through the surrogacy program. There are three of them:

1. Intended parents (single man or woman) need for gestational surrogacy with donor egg.

In this case being the intended parent the woman is not required to provide medical records for the prior observation. It is enough to provide your doctor’s medical conclusion that you are indicated to undergo gestational surrogacy program with donor egg or traditional surrogacy program due to the certain reasons (e.g. unsuccessful IVF attempts in combination with ovulatory dysfunction).
