1. Expenses on travel to Russia and transportation on the territory of Russia;
2. Accommodation expenses;
3. Food expenses;
4. IVF program with menstrual cycles synchronization and hormonal stimulation;
5. Medication for IVF program with menstrual cycles synchronization and hormonal stimulation;
6. Intended parents’ medical screening that is to be performed in the USA.
